You may already know this, but I didn't until fairly recently and it boggles my mind.
You know a mirage? Well I always thought it was a hallucination, but it's not, it's actually a projection of an object from somewhere else.
For example, the lake in this picture isn't really there, but it does exist (obviously, since someone was able to take a picture of it) ... elsewhere.
I wonder if that means ghosts could actually be projected images of people who are living and well, but, you know, elsewhere.
