The girls of St Jude's are back from the Christmas holidays and ready for a new term at their exclusive Scottish boarding school. But they have various problems...
Amy's dad has money troubles. What will she have to sacrifice to make things easier for him? Will she have to leave St Jude's and all her friends? Gina meets a new and exciting guy. What will it mean for her relationship with Dermot? How will things work out when Niffy feels she desperately needs a new image? And what's next for Min and her fledgling relationship? Who's going to be a 'rebel girl' this term, and how?
This is the fourth instalment of the St Jude's series, where the emphasis is always on fun and friendship. This time there's also some focus on the housemistress, Mrs Knebworth, and a whole different side of her is revealed. The story features quite a few pranks, and intriguing developments in the lives of all the characters. As with the previous novel, Drama Girl, I found Amy's story very touching and involving. She faces some challenges in this book which are a big deal for someone like her, but she has a wonderfully loving relationship with her father and it's great to see how she learns to cope. Min is another favourite of mine - I love her serious personality, and her romance with Greg is adorable. There are some interesting and surprising developments in Gina's and Niffy's stories, too, and I really can't wait to find out what happens next.
Another great book in a very sweet and compelling series, ideal for younger teens and anyone who loves a good school story.

Awesome review! I really want to read this series - not just because it takes place at a boarding school, but also because of the awesome covers! :D

Great review! I actually think Amy is my favourite character. I love her attitude to everything in Rebel Girl especially. She rocks.
